Use of Services

All the products that we sell come with one of these options: one year, two years and a maximum of 3 years service included depending on the product purchased, this means there are no payments for the amount of time included with that particular product, after that time , a renewal will be required at a fee depending on the length of time needed for renewal.

Returns

You may return a brand new, unopened and unregistered items within 14 Days of purchase for a refund, 25% restocking fee will apply to all items returned.

All products except Accessories come with 1-year manufacturer warranty, we will only exchange defective items within the first 12 months. Accessories such as remote controls come with limited warranty 30 days only.

You must contact ZAAPTV Group head office at returns@zaaptvgroup.com to receive a return authorization number before you can return the brand new unopened item to us, NO RETURNS will be accepted without a return authorization number.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of dispatching your package to the return shipping address, This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The return address will be provided once the return is approved by Zaaptv Group.
